1. Ready
We figure out what's actually keeping you from listing: a cleanout, a handyman punch list, maybe just a dumpster. Often it's less than you think. I don't turn normal preparation into a renovation project.
2. Wanted
Putting a house on the MLS isn't a marketing plan, it's the starting line. I build video, story, and targeted digital campaigns so buyers want the house, not just see it.
3. Gone
The listing isn't the whole job. I handle the timing, negotiation, and occupancy problems standing between where you are and where you're actually trying to get.
Three counties. Three different rulebooks.
Washtenaw, Wayne, and Lenawee are not interchangeable markets. Washtenaw runs on Paragon through AAABoR. Lenawee runs Paragon through LCAR. Wayne runs Realcomp. Different inspection regimes, different loan products, different municipal rules. Working the corridor means understanding where those lines actually run, not claiming to "go anywhere."
